• Starting June 2, a $100 late fee will be added to your packet fee.
• If your packet has still not been completed and paid for by June 10, 2024 you will no longer be able to enter online and must call the office at (405)880-2751 and the replacement process begins.

• One stall for the nights of December 8(check in)—December 10(check out 11th), 2024 is included in each Vegas Tuffest packet fee for the Vegas Tuffest Jr. World Championship event. Checkout is by 9am on your departure date.
• All stalls are outside, 10' x 10' on asphalt. Tented outside stalls are available for an additional $10/night.
• Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. There is NO guarantee of a stall without a reservation if you plan to stay after the end of the Vegas Tuffest Jr World Championship event. It is mandatory you make a reservation prior to your deadline if you plan on staying after 12/10/2023.
• One horse per stall, NO subletting. Shavings are available to purchase from us, but you can bring your own if desired.

• Outside stalls for the nights of December 4(check in)—December 8(check out 9th), 2024 are $275. Checkout is by 9am on your departure date. All outside stalls are 10' x 10' on asphalt.
• Outside tented stalls are available for an additional $10/night until full. Requests for outside tented stalls cannot be guaranteed.
• Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
• One horse per stall, NO subletting. Shavings are available to purchase from us, but you can bring your own if desired.

• A contestant may have multiple sponsors, as long as the total of sponsorships equals $1900.

• $1385 will be deducted from your packet.
• All sponsor payments must be paid by your groups deadline. If sponsor payment is not paid by then, you will not be entered and your packet will be considered late.
