One stall for the nights of December 4(check in)—December 8(check out 9th), 2024 is included in each Vegas Tuffest packet fee for the Vegas Tuffest Jr. World Championship event. Checkout is by 9am on your departure date. You may purchase on site on the 8th for nights of 9th and 10th if you make the hot round or the short go on the 10th. See your Qualifier congrats email for details.
All stalls are outside, 10' x 10' on asphalt. Tented outside stalls are available for an additional $10/night.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. There is NO guarantee of a stall without a reservation if you plan to stay after the end of the Vegas Tuffest Jr World Championship event. It is mandatory you make a reservation prior to your deadline if you plan on staying after 12/10/2024. IF YOU EXTEND YOUR STALL RESERVATION ON SITE FOR NIGHTS 11, 12, 13, or 14 YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER STALL.
One horse per stall, NO subletting. Shavings are available to purchase from us, but you can bring your own if desired.

Reservations must be made under the name of an adult 21 or over. Check in is at 3pm and check out is by 11am. Early arrival or late departure is available for an additional fee.
Hotels require a credit card upon check in to cover incidentals. A pre-authorization of $100 is placed as a credit card hold to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. Please note: guests using a debit card—the pre-authroization will act as a direct withdrawl from guest's bank account. After deducting an amount equal to any purchases made during your stay, any balance will be credited to the guest's bank account upon check out.
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED at either hotel (exception of one service animal per room).
The Strat rooms are SELECT level rooms. Upgrade to ELEVATE for an additional $10/night.
For a small upgrade, there are also rooms available at the Rio Hotel (3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89103). All rooms are suites. Refreshed Rooms (500 sq ft) available for a $15 per night upgrade charge. New Renovated Rooms (500 sq ft) available for a $35.00 per night upgrade charge.
Vegas Tuffest will email confirmation #'s for your reservation in November. Do not call the hotels, as the confirmation #'s are only available from Vegas Tuffest.
