DRAW OUTS:

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER OCTOBER 31, 2026.
Withdrawals will be issued a 100% refund until September 1, 2026 and 50% refund from September 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. 
Refunds will be issued at the end of each month. 
If refund checks or checks received at event are lost, they will be replaced minus a $50 stop payment fee. Replacement checks must be cashed within 60 days of issuance.

No exceptions will be made for illness, injury, or death of a contestant or animal; failure to obtain or maintain required veterinary treatments or health certifications; infectious disease outbreaks affecting livestock; personal emergencies; weather or travel disruptions; or any other event outside the control of the contestant or the organization. By registering, I accept full financial responsibility.
